You're just steps away from a memorable event! We're committed to making this process as transparent and straight-forward as possible.

1. Enter the Date(s) for Your Rental

This will ensure you see what products are available on your selected date(s). Need something that's not available for your date? Let us know by filling out the contact form or sending us an email at [email protected]

2. Select Rentals

Add your desired products to the cart. You will be able to review and adjust selections, quantities, and estimated cost before submitting your request.

3. Submit Your Order Request

All orders are reviewed by our team to ensure we have all of the requested products available for the selected date and time. We will send you an email confirmation for you to review and approve.

4. Secure Your Rentals

Once you receive a confirmation email, you will have 48 hours to pay the $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your order. Note: Your order reservation is not confirmed until we receive the deposit.

5. Final Payment

The remaining balance on your order is due 3 days before the order.  Orders not paid in full by the due date may be cancelled without refund of the deposit.

6. Enjoy!

We will take care of the heavy-lifting, literally (unless you opted for self pick-up) and deliver your rentals to your event location. We'll also handle the pick-up.
